Finding Images Online

Video on finding copyright-friendly images online.

As you are looking for images online, save them to your Images folder in your Google Drive. From here, you will be able to upload them to Animoto or WeVideo. Also, make sure to copy the URL (website address) of each of the images & audio files that you borrow and paste them in the Word doc. you created titled Image & Audio URLs.

Finding Audio/Sound Files
Note that you can only use a maximum of 30 seconds of a song that is copyright-protected. All songs from famous musicians are copyright-protected. But you can upload songs from your phone or computer to Animoto or WeVideo and then trim them to 30 seconds. You will need to include a page with image and sound links, so make sure that you save this information. If you upload a song from your phone or computer, just look on itunes to find a webpage with the song.

Both Animoto & WeVideo have audio/sound files from which to choose, but if you'd like to see a wider selection of music and sound effects, you can use freesound.org.
Click here for a video tutorial on how to get started using Freesound.org and how to save files from this website.
